N.K. unveils plans to develop football

SEOUL, Aug. 5 (Yonhap) -- North Korea's football association has unveiled its plan for football development with an eye on the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, the North's media said Friday, a move seen as aiming to improve its external image.
