Russian President Vladimir Putin stated before meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani that Moscow, Baku and Tehran had opportunities for expanding cooperation in energy, tourism, healthcare, education and agriculture spheres.
