Man Whose Photo Josh Duggar Used On Dating Sites Seeking Restitution In Lawsuit

The man whom Josh Duggar misrepresented himself as on OkCupid and Ashley Madison dating profiles has filed a lawsuit against the former reality star to seek restitution for being inadvertently connected to the Duggar family, TMZ first reported on Thursday. 

Hollywood DJ Matthew McCarthy says his good name has been damaged in light of Duggar’s seemingly endless string of scandals ― sexual molestation of underage girls, adultery, unprecedented levels of hypocrisy ― and is seeking undisclosed damages.
