A top terror suspect, Omar al-Bayoumi, who was named in the recently declassified 28 pages of the congressional inquiry into the September 11, 2001 attacks was never initially pursued by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), former US Senate Intelligence Committee chairman Bob Graham told Sputnik.
