Himachal, Uttarakhand most vulnerable to quakes: Study

A new study to identify seismically susceptible areas in the Western Himalayas has shown that "almost the entire states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and a portion of Jammu and Kashmir" are most at risk.
