Cooper Tire names Bradley Hughes CEO

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. on Thursday named Bradley Hughes as chief executive. Hughes will replace Roy Armes, who is retiring. Shares were not yet active in premarket trade, but are down 10% in the year so far, while the s&P 500 has gained 6%.
