Kosovo government withdraws Montenegro border deal

PRISTINA, Kosovo (AP) — Kosovo's Cabinet has withdrawn a much-contested draft law on the ratification of the border demarcation agreement with neighboring Montenegro, apparently bowing to opposition pressure.
