In an interview with TMZ, the rapper mentioned a few topics he didn’t address during his 4-minute VMAs speech, including the latest endeavor on his lengthy fashion to-do list. “I wanna do school uniforms in Chicago also, for all the city of Chicago, just for a starting point to eventually ending classism and bullying worldwide,” West said.
