Senior Dutch officials closely followed social media in the aftermath of the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in eastern Ukraine as they feared that their "impotence" could lead to social unrest in the country, local media reported Thursday citing internal governmental documents obtained through a freedom of information request.
