Concourt rules strike in 2010 was protected‚ orders reinstatement of 94 workers with back-pay

The Constitutional Court has upheld an appeal by the Transport and Allied Workers Union of South Africa (TAWUSA) and 94 of its members who were dismissed by Unitrans for allegedly participating in an unprotected strike more than five years ago.
