Edmonton man targeted by racial slurs captures 'disgusting' exchange on film

Jesse Lipscombe was filming a commercial promoting downtown Edmonton as a great place to live, when he got a “disgusting” reminder of how quickly the city can become an unwelcoming place for minorities.
