Obama, Putin talk Syria while at G20 summit

NBC’s Hans Nichols reports on President Obama’s meeting with Russia’s Vladimir Putin while in China for the G20 summit. While no deal was reached in regards to Syria, the meeting was used as a chance to determine where they agree and disagree.
