Meet 51-year-old police officer who raped, impregnates 14-year-old girl (photo)

In North Carolina, a 51-year-old police officer James Blair, has been arrested and charge to court on count of rape of a 14-year-old girl he offered to mentor, when she was having problems.

The case was reported about two weeks back, when the girl’s mother discovered text messages on her daughter’s phone indicating she was allegedly carrying Blair’s child. Adding that, the police officer had begged for forgiveness and confessed to have been intimate with her daughter.

One of Blair’s relative, who wished to remain anonymous, said that the allegations are shocking because Blair is a family man and always take good care of his family adding that, it is totally hard to believe that he could do anything like that.

However, Blair works at the Lowell police department, North Carolina.
