An agreement in principle of the meeting between Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Moscow was reached in principle, the meeting could be held later on Monday, according to Palestine’s Ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal.
