EVANSVILLE, Ind. — An Evansville woman has been charged with child neglect in the synthetic drug-related death of her 20-month-old granddaughter. Police say 42-year-old Tiffney Lynn Johnson was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging her with neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury and with being a habitual offender.
