Hard Work, Great Patience Needed in Russia-Japan Talks on Territorial Issue

Russia and Japan are currently in negotiations on the territorial issue, there is no room for "noise" in such talks while great patience and hard work are needed, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
