Stocks open higher as crude oil climbs

Stocks are opening mostly higher on Wall Street, led by energy companies as the price of crude oil climbs.

Chesapeake Energy rose 3% shortly after the opening bell Wednesday, the biggest gain in the Standard & Poor's 500 index.
