Ekitigate scandal: Obanikoro’s CONFESSION sparks outrage
There has been great controversy after former minister of state for defense, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro implicated Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose in the N4.7 billion wired to a company.
Nigerians reaction to Obanikoro’s confession
The company was linked to him by the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA).
The former minister of state for defense, claimed that he wired N2.23billion to Fayose out of the slush funds into a company named Sylva Mcnamara within a period of seven months in 2014.

The controversy surrounding the surrender and detention of former minister of state for defense, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro is set to take on an explosive tone as he has now pointed fingers at Ekiti state governor.
The detained Obanikoro who surrendered himself to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) also said that out of the sum, he handed over $5,377,000 to Fayose in cash and N1.3billion, this was received by the governor’s associate, Mr Abiodun Agbele.
