Nebraskan will be special guest of Clinton at tonight's debate

SOUTH SIOUX CITY -- A South Sioux City man born with a rare form of dwarfism will be a special guest of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at Wednesday night's presidential debate in Las Vegas, the Clinton campaign said Tuesday.
