The Russian Foreign Ministry has sent to the United States a request for the transfer of Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko who is currently in a prison in the country, and hopes that Washington will take a positive decision on the issue, Russian Foreign Ministry Human Rights Ombudsman Konstantin Dolgov said Wednesday.
