UK Spy Agencies 'Acted Outside the Law' Collecting Citizens' Data

The bulk collection of citizen data by the British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) between 1998 and 2015 was illegal, according to the Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT).
