You can’t stop the beat! Hairspray Live! is bringing bouffant ‘dos, poodle skirts, and great dance moves to television this December. NBC is broadcasting a live version of the classic 1988 movie about Tracy Turnblad, a pluz-sized teen living in Baltimore in the early ’60s.
