Bavaria's leader Horst Seehofer might not invite German Chancellor Angela Merkel to the meeting of the Christian Social Union in Bavaria (CSU) in November, despite the fact that both the CSU and Merkel's CDU party form a political alliance, German newspaper Die Welt reported.
