With the defunct solid waste treatment plant at Bandhwari unlikely to start functioning before November 2018, the MCG said on Tuesday that it is doing its best to contain the contamination of groundwater. The civic body’s efforts have increased especially after getting flak from the National Green Tribunal (NGT) recently.
