Spain Could Refuse Permission for Russian Ships en Route to Med to Enter Ceuta

Madrid may refuse permission for the Russian naval group heading for the Mediterranean to enter the Spanish port of Ceuta located in Africa, the Spanish Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
