Preparations for Rosneft Privatization to Wrap Up by Early December - Ulyukayev

Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said that according to the schedule all procedures for the privatization of 19.5 percent of state-run Rosneft energy company are to be finalized in the beginning of December.
