Fifth-graders at Viroqua Middle School learned about the life of a soldier, last Wednesday, when Pete Swanson, Viroqua High School and Legion baseball coach, talked about serving with the Wisconsin National Guard’s 107th Maintenance Company during Operation Desert Storm.
