Whiteclay beer stores could face higher bar in reapplying for liquor licenses

Four liquor stores that sold the equivalent of 3.5 million cans of beer last year on the doorstep of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation might soon be forced to justify their continued existence to state liquor regulators.
