Philippines' Duterte wants foreign troops out in 'maybe two years'

TOKYO, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday said he wants foreign troops out of his country within two years, adding that he could repeal U.S. agreements.
