Moratorium on Issue of Licenses in Russian Shelf May Be Valid for 3-4 Years

A moratorium on the issue of licenses in the Russian shelf may be valid for three to four years, Russian Federal Agency for the Use of Natural Resources head Evgeny Kiselev said Wednesday.
