The forthcoming meeting between Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and US President-elect Donald Trump will not have an impact on Tokyo's strife for creating a free-trade zone under the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said.
