Hitting back at Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati for attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi over demonetisation, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday said that the former was lashing out due to desperation, alleging that the black money hoarded by her over the years are now useless thanks to the Centre`s historical move.
