UK Urged to Make Transitional Brexit Deal Amid Fears of Bankers' Exodus

Significant portions of the UK's banking industry could pull out of the country unless British Prime Minister Theresa May manages to secure a post-Brexit transitional deal with the EU, the chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has warned.
