Moldova's President-elect Igor Dodon is going to discuss renewal of Chisinau-Moscow economic ties and social guarantees for Moldovan labor migrants working in Russia during his visit to Moscow that will become his first official trip to a foreign state, lawmaker from Moldova's Party of Socialists (PSRM) Vladimir Turcan told Sputnik on Monday.
