UK Court Finds Italian Brizzi Guilty in Police Officer's Murder Case

A UK court on Monday declared Italian national Stefano Brizzi, a defendant in the murder case of a UK off-duty police officer, guilty of strangling the man to death and later trying to dispose of his body in an acid bath, local media reported.
