Behind in an Undecided Race, GOP House Hopeful Shows Up for Orientation

Scott Jones trails in his race for a California House seat by fewer than 3,000 votes, and on Monday, he showed up for work at the Capitol in Washington, D.C., joining 26 other Republicans for new member orientation.
