UNBELIEVABLE: This elephant survives attack by 14 lions through sheer determination

A young elephant escaped what would have been a very gory death when 14 lions decided to go on the attack. 

According to reports, the elephant was separated from his herd then he was soon descended on my a 14-member pride of female lions. The incident took place in Zambia.

The elephant, even though it was obviously outnumbered managed to fend off the lions. At one point, it even had three lionesses on its back ready to pounce.

The extraordinary video gives an interesting glimpse of a battle for survival. The elephant who remained determined to survive was able to fight back and even walked away without any injury.
