Celebrated gospel singer Egberamen Paul Praise is dead. The singer famously known for his Everything Na Double Double song breathed his last on Saturday, November 12, 2016.
The gospel singer was diagnosed with renal failure. His two kidneys have stopped working and he was undergoing dialysis at NAF Base hospital, Ikeja Lagos while trying to raise fund for kidney transplant.
He needed the sum of nine million naira for a kidney transplant. An account was opened to raise the needed sum with Zenith bank.

Egberame Paul Praise at NAF Base hospital
The singer in an exclusive interview with NAIJ.com narrated how his problem started. He revealed that trouble started in January, 2016 when he was having pains. He went to the hospital and was told one of his kidneys has collapsed and since then he had been battling with it. Praise said he was active till July when the pains become more severe, he was later told his two kidneys have packed up and had been undergoing dialysis twice a week at NAF Base hospital, Ikeja.

During one of his dialysis session, the senior pastor of The Trinity House Pastor Ituah Ighodalo visited him and even prayed with him.
As at October 16, the gospel singer claimed the money needed for the surgery was almost complete that he needed just two million naira to pay his dialysis centre.
