Indianapolis school signs agreement to avoid prosecution
INDIANAPOLIS — Federal prosecutors say they’ve reached a deal under which an exclusive private Indianapolis school can avoid prosecution for not properly reporting an inappropriate relationship between former basketball coach Kyle Cox and a 15-year-old female student.
U.S. Attorney Josh Minkler and Park Tudor School Chairman Tom Green signed a 10-page document released Tuesday stating Head of School Matthew Miller concealed information related to the case against Cox. Miller committed suicide in January.
