Members of a United Nations board inquiring into the September 19 attack on a humanitarian-aid convoy in Urm al-Kubra, Syria have already visited the national capital, Damascus, and plan to head to war-ravaged Aleppo, UN secretary general’s spokesman Stephane Dujarric told reporters Tuesday.
