Brown has 29 points, leads Evansville to 69-66 win over BG
EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Jaylon Brown, who finished with a career-high 29 points, drove for a late layup and split a pair of free throws in the final seconds to secure Evansville’s 69-66 victory over Bowling Green on Tuesday night.
Bowling Green’s Antwon Lillard had a 3-point jumper roll around the rim and out at the buzzer.
After trailing for most of the second half, Lillard nailed a 3-pointer and split a pair of free throws to tie 58-58 with 2:46 remaining.
