Attorneys for several black workers filed a class-action lawsuit alleging that temporary staffing firm, MVP Staffing, and seven of its clients discriminated against black workers. The suit alleges that supervisors used code words to differentiate between Latino and African-American applicants and only conducted criminal background checks on black applicants.
