Pressure on N. Korea should be maintained: new U.N. ambassador

NEW YORK, Dec. 6 (Yonhap) -- The international community should keep tightening the screws on North Korea in a patient manner until the communist regime changes its behavior, South Korea's new U.N. ambassador said Tuesday.
