Italy's Senate Approves Budget, Setting Stage for Renzi's Exit

Italy’s upper house approved the Renzi government’s budget for 2017 following a confidence vote, clearing the way for Mr. Renzi to step aside. Mr. Renzi said he would meet President Sergio Mattarella to formalize his resignation.
