OSHA: 2nd person dies after Alabama pipeline explosion
HELENA, Ala. — Officials say a second worker injured in the Oct. 31 explosion of a major gasoline pipeline in Alabama has died.
Al.com (http://bit.ly/2gSRfI0) quotes the Occupational Health and Safety Administration as saying the employee died on Nov. 22 from injuries received during the explosion of the Colonial Pipeline in Shelby County.
The federal agency says it was contacted by the worker’s employer, Heflin-based L.E. Bell Construction. OSHA didn’t identify the worker.
