CNN is reporting local police say at least 43 bodies have been pulled from the wreckage of a plane crash Wednesday near Abbottabad, Pakistan. The network said Pakistan International Airlines reported a total of 48 people aboard the aircraft when it went down, including 42 passengers, five crew members and one ground engineer. The flight was on its way from Chitral to Islamabad when the crash occurred. Among the passengers on board Flight PK-661 was pop star-turned-preacher Junaid Jamshed, his manager, Arsalan Khan, told CNN.
