Trump taps retired Gen. John Kelly to lead Homeland Security, Pruitt at EPA
NEW YORK, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- President-elect Donald Trump has picked retired Gen. John Kelly as Homeland Security secretary and Scott Pruitt as EPA director, sources said Wednesday.
