Evening Standard British Film Awards: Suki Waterhouse and Kate Beckinsale lead the arrivals in style
The great and good of the British film industry stepped out in style this evening for the Evening Standard's British Film Awards ceremony.
Held at London's prestigious Claridge's hotel, the event saw stars from the fashion industry, politics and television join those from film for an evening to celebrate what has been a successful year for British film.
One of the guests to stand out on arrival this evening was model Suki Waterhouse, who stepped out in an intricately detailed full-sleeved bodysuit layered beneath a floor-length sheer pink skirt which featured a thigh high split.
Adding another layer to the look, Waterhouse wore a pale pink satin balcony bustier bra which was visible beneath her bodysuit.
Keeping her hair down in a sleek wave, the 24-year-old softened her look with fresh, dewy make-up and an elegant pale pink clutch bag.
Joining her was Kate Beckinsale, who stunned in a black mini-dress with a floor-length opaque organza overlay which was layered in tiers to create a dramatic but delicate sillhouette.
Making the most of the gown's elegant, thin straps, Beckinsale wore her hair tied up in a loosely tousled ponytail adding to the softness of the overall aesthetic.
Other guests stepping out in style included Florence Pugh, Ricky Gervais, Hugh Grant, Natalie Dormer, Tom Daley, Ed Balls, Tuppence Middleton, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, Ophelia Lovibond and the evening's host Richard Ayoade.
