Rosga’s late 3 lifts Denver over Northern Colorado 73-70
DENVER — Thomas Neff scored 15 points, C.J. Bobbitt had 12 points and six rebounds, and Joe Rosga’s 3-pointer with one second left lifted Denver to a 73-70 win over Northern Colorado on Saturday.
Rosga, who leads Denver (6-5) at 17.2 points per game, had missed all seven previous field-goal attempts — including three 3-pointers — before his game-winner went through. He finished with four points.
Jon’te Dotson’s 3-pointer tied it for the Bears at 70 with 20 seconds left.
