NC Central controls 2nd half to beat McNeese State 74-66
LAKE CHARLES, La. — Patrick Cole had 21 points and Del’Vin Dickerson added nine points and had a career-best 10 rebounds to help lead North Carolina Central to a 74-66 win over McNeese State on Saturday.
Dajuan Graff was 6 of 11 from the floor for 12 points while dishing out six assists for North Carolina Central (7-5).
McNeese held a 36-35 advantage at the half and was up 42-39 with 16:01 left.
